Amy has completed her Certificate IV in Massage Therapy at the Melbourne Institute of Massage and Myotherapy (MIMT), and is now continuing her path down Remedial Massage Therapy and eventually Myotherapy.

Through her education Amy attained a range of techniques and skills, particularly, Relaxation Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue & Soft Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Stretching, as well as Assessment and Treatment Plans for ongoing care. Furthermore, Amy has a special interest in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage and hot stone massage.

Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist, Amy has a background in outdoor education, hospitality, and hypnotherapy. She has also worked in the United Kingdom and travelled throughout Europe. Amy has a love for the outdoors and is often snorkelling, freediving and scuba diving around the Mornington Peninsula and Australia.

Amy is passionate about utilising massage therapy techniques and developing her remedial techniques to accomplish the best results for each and every client.
