Anna has always had an interest in the health industry starting her career as a nurse at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Always staying fit whilst having her four children, Anna personally found Pilates one of the best ways to maintain a healthy pregnancy and a speedy recovery. During this time her passion and love of Pilates lead her to become a fully trained nationally recognised APMA instructor.
After years of teaching, her thirst for knowledge and belief of the Pilates Method has lead Anna to undertake the nationally recognised Advanced Diploma of Pilates Method.
Anna is motivated about using Pilates to improve overall range of movement, injury prevention, muscular strength, stamina and posture as well as treating current injuries.
Anna’s belief in keeping classes small (maximum of 4 people) enable her to teach paying attention to the individual’s need and creating variety and customisation in each class.
