Dr Bronwyn McNamara

Dr Bronwyn McNamara is an experienced chiropractor who has been providing chiropractic care for the past 25 years to people from all 'walks of life' and of all ages – from new-born infants to the elderly. Warm-hearted, caring and non-judgemental she understands the effects that pain and health challenges can have on a person’s everyday life, work and relationships.

Bronwyn will provide you with high quality chiropractic care tailored to your unique needs. Having completed hundreds of hours of continuing education seminars and conferences all over the world Bronwyn has the knowledge and skills to help you to improve how you feel, and to achieve and maintain improved health and wellbeing.

Bronwyn was born and raised in Melbourne and completed her five-year chiropractic degree at RMIT University in 1993. She has spent over twenty years working on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, where she ran successful and award-winning chiropractic clinics. Bronwyn has also lived and worked in Ethiopia where she is involved in a project to establish a Chiropractic University Program. Bronwyn has settled back in Melbourne with her husband Scott and their Ethiopian adopted daughter Elshaddai.

Bronwyn has been highly involved in her profession in Australia and overseas. She was awarded the ‘Chiropractor’s Association of Australia National Chiropractor of the Year 2010’, ‘Chiropractor’s Association of Australia National Presidential Certificate of Appreciation 2010’ and ‘Chiropractor of the Year for Queensland for exemplary service (2010)’.

Bronwyn was winner of the Young Career Women of the Year (Sunshine Coast -2000) and Regional GIO Excellence in Business Award for Service Industry (Sunshine Coast -1999) and a finalist in the Sunshine Coast Business Woman of the Year Business Owner Category (Sunshine Coast -1999). Bronwyn in partnership with her husband Scott, who is a builder, won both the Sunshine Coast Regional and the Queensland State Master Builders Award for Health Facilities (2006) for the chiropractic practice that they built in Queensland.
