Stefan is a Clinical Myotherapist who treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with interests in neck and shoulder pain, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain, and headaches.

He holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) from Torrens University Australia and brings a practical understanding of movement, performance, and injury management to his clinical practice. Stefan takes an evidence-based approach to treatment, aiming to reduce pain, restore movement, and support long-term recovery.

Each treatment is tailored to the individual, combining hands-on techniques such as massage, dry needling, and joint mobilisation with targeted exercise and patient education. He believes in helping patients understand their condition and giving them the tools and confidence to take an active role in their recovery.

Whether supporting an athlete returning from injury, a desk-based professional experiencing persistent pain, or someone managing a chronic musculoskeletal condition, Stefan provides personalised care with compassion, precision, and integrity.

Outside of the clinic, Stefan enjoys spending time with his fiancé Daniela and sausage dog Zeke, going to the gym, playing basketball, and discovering good food.
