Are you suffering from back pain and need some relief?

Back Pain

You’re not alone! Back pain is an extremely common condition with up to 80% of the population experiencing it at some point in their lives.

Why choose Chiropractic care for back pain?

Back Pain

Many people come to see our Chiropractors when other practitioners or methods of treatment have failed to alleviate their pain, not provided the outcomes they wanted, or just been a ‘band-aid’ solution without correction to the problem.

We can help relieve:

  • Acute back pain; the sudden onset of sharp or dull pain that may be affecting your ability to move and impacting on your day to day life.
  • Chronic back pain; a niggling concern that you have come to put up with but you want to correct the cause.
  • Pain from conditions such as inflammatory arthritis (ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis) or fractures due to osteoporosis.

We are here to help!

Back Pain

At Brighton Wellness Group we take a collaborative approach to ensure the best outcomes for our patients by drawing on the expertise of a range of practitioners to not only help you recover faster, but set you on a path to greater health and wellbeing.

Our aim is to identify the cause of your back pain, utilising a range of assessments, and develop a treatment plan that will improve the cause of your symptoms and lead you towards overall better health. Xrays or other tests may be recommended to provide further insight for the Chiropractor as well as to help you to understand your condition.

Chiropractic treatment for back pain focuses on restoring function to poorly moving spinal joints as well as reducing muscle tension and increasing core muscle strength.  This results in improved movement, reduced pain and decreased nerve irritation.

We tailor our treatment specifically to you and your condition, so in addition to your spinal adjustments your Chiropractor may also provide soft tissue therapy (massage), core stabilisation and strengthening exercises, stretching, heat/cold therapy, or refer you to see another practitioner for further assessment, enabling you to get the best results possible.
