What is Remedial Massage?
Remedial Massage is a holistic treatment that provides relief for injured, immobile or tense muscles and tendons. Using a range of techniques to manipulate the soft tissues of the body, our Remedial Massage Therapists can provide relief for your current symptoms as well as encourage your bodys own repair mechanisms to speed up the healing process.

What should I expect?
Our Remedial Massage Therapists will assess the cause of your complaint and determine a treatment plan that will seek to alleviate your symptoms and enable your body to start healing.
Brighton Wellness Group respect your privacy and provide a safe and comfortable environment for you to receive your massage. We will gain your consent prior to the treatment and leave the room for you to undress to your level of comfort. Appropriate draping standards are maintained at all times and any part of your body not currently being treated will be covered.
Remedial Massage can be gentle or strong, superficial or deep. Your Therapist will gain your feedback throughout the treatment in order to regulate pressure and ensure that your massage is not only therapeutic, but enjoyable too.
